We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than 380 professional staffs in offices located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of BPS Manager for BPS Services of our Ho Chi Minh Office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

BPS Manager is responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive accounting, tax, and payroll services to a portfolio of clients. This role involves overseeing client engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The manager will lead a team of professionals and work closely with clients to meet their financial and operational needs.

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting, tax, and payroll solutions.
  • Accounting Services: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Tax Compliance Services: Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting for clients. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations.
  • Payroll Services: Oversee payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Address and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting, tax, and payroll professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, tax, and payroll regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Implement best practices in accounting, tax, and payroll management.
  • Business Development: Assist in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Skills

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA/APC VN or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, tax, and payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in an outsourced services environment preferred.

 Skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of VAS, US GAAP/ IFRS, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
