In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of ERP Project Leader of our Technology Solutions Consulting of Ho Chi Minh City office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client work
Manage ERP software implementation projects.
Implement SAP Business One
Manage resources assigned to the project.
Create and maintain project documentation, such as project planning and business blueprint.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Work directly with clients, including some on-site travel.
Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Analyse client business process and recommend ways to improve their operations.
Provide application training to client users.
Provide technical support for project life cycle.
Work with application developers during development and testing phases.
Draft user documentation
Customer Engagement
Work with director to find more potential customers and lead generation.
Support TSC team to contribute to Business Development
Administration
Follows up reports (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Client and Engagement filing
Perform other tasks as assigned by TSC Director
Qualification and preferred skills
Highly proficient with SAP Business One or other similar ERP software solution
Strong verbal and written communication in English skills
Highly organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in business development is highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in IT, software, consulting, or a related field
