Workshop: M&A transactions and Purchase Price Allocation requirements

This is problematic and uncommon, and therefore always challenging even for seasoned accountants. In addition, from strategic management perspective, PPA aids in bringing in-depth viewpoints and could be considered a test for M&A transactions carried out by businesses.}
