A Journey from Classroom to Boardroom - Ms Nguyen Thi Vinh Ha, National Head of Advisory Services, Senior Partner

Joining Grant Thornton Vietnam as an audit intern 29 years ago, Ms Nguyen Thi Vinh Ha has risen to National Head of Advisory Services and Senior Partner through dedication, expertise, and leadership. She previously served as National Head of Audit (2008-2013) before transitioning to advisory, where she now leads strategic financial services for global and local investors.

A champion of diversity and inclusion, Ms Vinh Ha has navigated a male-dominated industry, advocating for equal opportunities and mentoring future leaders. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a devoted mother of three, balancing career and family with grace.
