Client base under Phuong’s portfolio covers various industrial background including IT, Trading and Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate and Renewable Energy.
Phuong also has extensive experience providing advisory services on market entry, conducting studies on appropriate investment model, and recommending the most tax-efficient corporate structures for investments and acquisitions. She also has also been assisted the foreign investor in the licensing process to set up their Vietnamese presence as well as deregister their business.
