About the HR Asia Awards

HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is an awards recognition programme for organisations that have been identified by their employees as one of Asia’s employers of choice and ascertains the best employers to work for. This is an annual award performed and surveyed by HR Asia - one of the Asia's leading prestigious publications for senior HR professionals, under the Business Media International news agency. The awards ceremony is held annually in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UAE, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. This result is evaluated by HR Asia and based on the analysis of internal surveys conducted previously with companies in Vietnam according to Asian independent standards.

Since 2021, HR Asia has carried out thousands of surveys with the participation of companies from countries across Asia with multiple rounds of evaluation. This year in Vietnam, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 companies responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. The in-depth survey provides companies with a unique 360-degree insight of their employees’ morale, their needs and expectations as well as their engagement levels.
